As an Engineer turned Recruiter, I use my experience in a variety of industries to help our clients find and hire the professionals that meet their specific needs.

After earning a M.S. Ceramic Engineering from Alfred University, I enjoyed a 20-year career in a variety of industrial roles, starting in engineering and growing into organizational management.

At ETS Tech-Ops, I specialize in placing Research Scientists, Product Development Engineers, Process Engineers, Project Engineers, Program Managers, Product Managers, Engineered Sales, and Commodity Managers (Technical/Strategic). In addition, I specialize in finding Executives and Leaders who have progressed through their career ranks to Manager, Director, GM and VP roles – growing and helping their businesses succeed.

The search process starts by working directly with hiring managers and HR to learn their requirements, what is unique to their position, and what qualities their ideal candidate possesses.

I then conduct a comprehensive and customized search for positions using both my industry contacts and our extensive, proprietary database.
